At Soirée of Amore, we want to make this soirée an evening that you will remember for the rest of your life. Doing so may require us to ask you a few questions and gauge your expectations for the party. We offer night-making add-ons that can elevate your soirée into a unique gathering that your close friends will be talking about for a long time, so it’s worth taking the time. Here is a little step by step to help walk you through the process and how it works:
If you like what you see, reach out to us and let us know which theme most appeals to you. We will arrange a time to meet, to see the home where the party will be held, and tighten up some details that may be unique to your Soirée, including addition of any a la carte add-ons. The themes are the canvas, but your unique setup will ultimately be the masterpiece.
The table settings will be delivered to your home, one day before the event. We will contact you to set up a time that works best with your schedule. We recommend finding an open corner that will accommodate an assortment of boxes and items until we arrive the very next day for setup.
By this time, you’ll be excited—and so will we! It’s time to host a worry-free gathering. Leave everything to us. Our chef and host will arrive 3 hours before the first course is to be served. While the dinner is being prepared, we will set up your table(s) and start stoking the ambiance. This is when the magic starts to happen.
Your job is simple. Have an amazing, worry-free evening full of friendship, conversation, and incredible food. No matter which theme is chosen, you and your guests are in for an evening that will be talked about for years to come.
Get ready for the best part. While you relax and enjoy the final hours of your party in the company of your guests, we will be clearing the table and cleaning up, repacking all dishes and materials into the boxes from which they came. We will then leave those boxes in the same designated corner as when they were delivered.
